摘　　要：随着经济的发展,我国电力行业也得到了较大的发展,对电力的需求也在不断地增加。在电力行业中,电缆工程是比较重要的组成部分。电力企业为了获得更多的利润,就必须要控制好电缆工程成本,提升自身的成本管理能力。本文通过对电缆工程预算编制及成本管控策略进行分析,了解预算编制和成本管控工作中存在的问题,提出有效的改进措施,以促进电力企业的持续稳定发展。With the development of the economy,China's electric power industry has experienced significant growth,leading to an increasing demand for electricity.Cable engineering is an essential component of the electric power industry.To achieve higher profitability,electric power companies must effectively control cable engineering costs and enhance their cost management capabilities.This paper analyzes the budget preparation and cost control strategies in cable engineering,identifies issues in current budgeting and cost control practices,and proposes effective improvement measures to promote the sustainable and stable development of electric power companies.
