校园文化视角下高职隐性思政教育研究

摘  要:高职院校思政教育面临新机遇与挑战,校园文化作为重要育人部分,蕴含丰富思政资源。以某高职“工匠精神”文化节为例,校园文化与隐性思政教育紧密相连,具有环境熏陶、价值引导、行为规范等功能。从物质、制度、精神文化三个维度挖掘思政教育要素,构建高职特色隐性思政教育体系,在文化认同与价值引导、环境育人与行为养成、文化传承与创新发展等方面加强校园文化与隐性思政教育的融合,有助于提升育人效果。Vocational colleges face new opportunities and challenges in ideological and political education,with campus culture serving as a vital educational resource rich in ideological elements.Using a“craftsman spirit”cultural festival at a vocational college as an example,this study illustrates the close link between campus culture and implicit ideological and political education,highlighting its roles in environmental influence,value guidance,and behavioral norms.By exploring material,institutional,and spiritual cultural dimensions,it constructs a distinctive implicit ideological and political education system,enhancing integration in cultural identity,environmental education,behavioral development,and cultural innovation to improve educational outcomes.
