从《集验方》看魏晋南北朝时期张仲景方的变化

摘　　要：南北朝时期北周名医姚僧垣所著《集验方》现存辑本,内容涵盖伤寒、时气、内、外、妇、儿、五官等诸多疾病的验方。经初步统计,其中至少有28条文字、26首方与张仲景方存在关联。其中有8首与张仲景方在方证描述、组方、服法上高度相似,其他则有不同程度的差异。从方证描述、组方剂量、服法禁忌、辨证方法等多方面比较上述方剂与张仲景方的异同,可以说明张仲景方在魏晋南北朝时期并非“秘而不传”,而是得到广泛流传,且有一定程度的变化发展。但《集验方》中六经理论阙如,体现了魏晋南北朝方书重术轻理的特征,反映出张仲景医方的影响范围和深度不如后世之盛。During the Northern and Southern dynasties,Yao Sengyuan,a famous doctor of the Northern Zhou dynasty,wrote an existing edition of Ji Yan Fang,which covers prescriptions for various diseases such as typhoid fever,seasonal qi,internal and external factors,women,children,and the five senses.According to preliminary statistics,there are at least 28 texts and 26 initials related to ZHANG Zhongjing's prescription.Eight of them are highly similar to ZHANG Zhongjing's prescription in terms of prescription description,composition,and medication,while others have varying degrees of differences.Comparing the similarities and differences between the above formulas and ZHANG Zhongjing's formula from various aspects such as prescription description,dosage,contraindications,and differentiation methods,it can be concluded that ZHANG Zhongjing's formula was not'secret but not passed down'during the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern dynasties period,but was widely circulated and had a certain degree of change and development.However,the lack of theory on the six classics in the Ji Yan Fang reflects the characteristic of the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern dynasties'emphasis on techniques over principles,and reflects that the influence and depth of ZHANG Zhongjing's medical prescriptions are not as strong as those of later generations.
