基于三神理论探讨中医心质结构及特性

摘　　要：因个体内存在不同层次精神活动,故文章基于三神理论提出心质概念,并确定了其包括心灵质、心识质、心意质的结构模型。这一理论的提出,将对人类心灵的认识扩展为上至灵性、下至情绪的立体层面。基于文献与临床实践,文章探讨了心质的3个关键特征:心质可分性、心质与疾病相关性、心质可调性。以便在临床治疗中,针对心质特征的不同,采取适当干预措施调节偏颇心质,预防并治疗心质疾病,实现调质防病、调质防变,从而践行中医“治未病”。Based on the reality that there are different levels of mental activities within an individual,the team proposed the concept of mind-nature on the basis of the theory of three spirits,and determined its structural model including psyche idiosyncrasy,mentality idiosyncrasy,and emotion idiosyncrasy.It expands the understanding of the human mind to a three-dimensional level from spirituality to emotion.Based on the literature and clinical practice,this paper discusses three key characteristics of mind-nature:theory on mind-nature being separable,theory on relationship between mind-nature and disease and theory on mind-nature being recuperable.Based on the difference of mind-nature,appropriate interventions are taken to adjust biased mind-nature,prevent and treat emotional diseases,and achieve preventing before diseases,preventing diseases from changing,so as to practice the theory of‘prevention of disease'.
