概述五行学说的演化及其对脏象学说和脉学的影响

摘　　要：文章利用文史界对中国古代神话和思想的研究成果,推演出了以阴阳、四象、五行、六府等范畴为主要节点的概念演化树。研究表明,脉法、五脏六腑学说、脏腑表里学说等中医基础理论都与该演化树直接相关。文章认为,规矩权衡脉法系古文《尚书》学说脉法,而弦钩代毛石脉法系今文《尚书》学说脉法。胃的原始概念包含整个消化道,六腑由胃分化而来,五脏六腑概念与五行六合说相合。脏腑表里学说与五方十神说结构相似,表明脏腑表里学说可能受到过五方十神说的深刻影响。Academic achievements of literature and history are used to deduce the evolutionary tree of yin-yang,sixiang,five elements and six fu.It's found that sphygmology,viscera theory,zang-fu and exterior-interior theory of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory correlate closely with the evolutionary tree.The inner relationship between the pulse checking of rules and balance and the ancient script Shangshu theory,the pulse checking of wiry-hook-harmonization and soft-mao-ying and the modern script Shangshu theory is revealed,respectively.The original concept of stomach contains the whole alimentary canal,and the six fu-organs are derived from stomach.Concept of five visceras and six receptacles is consistent with five elements and six directions theory.The structures of zang-fu and exterior-interior theory and all directions-ten gods doctrine are similar.It indicates that zangfu and exterior-interior theory is deeply influenced by all directions-ten gods doctrine.
