摘　　要：中医临证重在思维,而非一方一药。简单熟记几个汤头方药,可能一时侥幸成功。然而,要想获得稳定可靠的疗效,必须要构建中医临床思维。中医学临床特点之一是强调辨证论治,即根据四诊所收集的资料,通过分析、综合,辨清疾病的基本病机,然后根据基本病机采取相应的治法。这个过程是一个四诊合参、综合考量的过程,不仅注重四诊能力,更重视辨证的思维方式。文章基于跟师及自身临床诊疗体会总结中医临证过程中常用的几种思维方式。望与诸位同道一起勉励与提高,以期为中医学的传承与发展略做贡献。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical treatment focuses on thinking,rather than one prescription and one medicine.Simply memorizing a few TCM formulas,may lead to a momentary success.However,in order to obtain stable and reliable curative effect,it is necessary to construct a clinical mindset of TCM.One of the clinical characteristics of TCM is to emphasize treatment based on pattern identification,which is to analyze and synthesize the data collected from the four diagnostic methods,identify the basic pathogenesis of the disease,and then adopt corresponding treatment methods based on the basic pathogenesis.This process is a process of combining the four diagnostic methods and considering them comprehensively.It not only emphasizes the ability of the four diagnostic methods,but also emphasizes the thinking mode of syndrome differentiation.This article summarizes several common ways of thinking in the clinical practice of TCM based on learning from teachers and one's own clinical diagnosis and treatment experience.I hope to work together with everyone to encourage and improve,and make some contributions to the inheritance and development of TCM in the future.
