摘　　要：陈气是人体内久郁陈腐之气。陈气学说来源于《黄帝内经》,发展于历代医家。徐学功教授基于中医古籍提出陈气致病学说,重视气机在发病中的重要性,认为陈气是导致人体内气、血、水郁滞的关键环节,将陈气学说外延到一切脏腑功能失调、气血津液运行障碍的病证中。肝脾功能失调,体内气机郁结是陈气形成的主要原因。治疗应以“除陈”为治疗原则,推陈致新,除陈化滞。陈气学说临床应用广泛,可为临床多发病证如亚健康及代谢性疾病等提供有益借鉴。Chen qi is the stagnant and stale qi in the human body.The theory of Chen qi originated from the Huangdi Nejing and developed through generations of doctors.Professor XU Xuegong proposed the theory of Chen qi causing disease based on traditional Chinese medicine classics,emphasizing the importance of qi mechanisms in disease onset.He believes that Chen qi is the key link in causing stagnation of qi,blood,and fluids in the human body,and has extended the concept of Chen qi to all diseases caused by dysfunction of internal organs,obstruction of qi,blood,and fluids circulation.Disorders of liver and spleen functions,and internal qi stagnation are the main causes of the formation of Chen qi.Treatment should be based on the principle of'eliminating Chen qi'and promoting new qi.Chen qi theory has wide clinical applications and can provide useful guidance for common diseases such as sub-health and metabolic diseases.
