摘　　要：《黄帝内经》中“经刺”一词,见于《灵枢·官针》《灵枢·禁服》《素问·诊要经终论》和《素问·缪刺论》,后世医家多把各处“经刺”视为同义,实有谬误。文章通过对《黄帝内经》相关篇章的综合分析,认为“经刺”一词多义,系统梳理其全部义项。着重阐述核心义项“不盛不虚,以经取之,名日经刺”,认为其意为“(脉)不盛不虚或‘微病’状态,以常道取之”。明乎此,方可进一步而解读《素问·缪刺论》之“经刺”及“缪刺”。冀以正确地理解、运用和发挥相关经文。The term‘Jingci'in Huangdi Neijing can be seen in Miraculous Pivot-Guanzhen,Miraculous Pivot Jinfu,Questions of Fundamental Nature:On Diagnostic Essentials and Manifestations of Twelve-Meridian Exhaustion,and Questions of Fundamental Nature:Acupuncturing the Superficial Luo.Subsequent cohorts of medical professionals,who often saw the term‘Jingci'as interchangeable,hold a misconception.This paper conducts a thorough analysis of the relevant chapters of the Huangdi Neijing to suggest that the term‘Jingci'has several meanings,and we thoroughly examined and explored all of these meanings.Focusing on the core meaning of the term‘it is not prevalent or deficient,and is taken by the meridian,which is called Jingci',we take it to mean"(the pulse)is not prevalent or deficient or in a'minimally ll'state,and is taken in the usual way".Only when this is clear can we further interpret the Jingci'and'Miuci'in Questions of Fundamental Nature·Acupuncturing the Superficial Luo,so that we can better understand,apply and utilize the relevant Scriptures.
