摘 要:目的:建立同时测定肉豆蔻药材中9种成分[OdoratisolA、5-烯丙基-1,2,3-三甲氧基苯、甲基丁香酚、α-细辛脑、(-)-Citronellol、肉豆蔻醚、去氢二异丁香酚、4-Isopropyltoluene、利卡灵]含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,并利用多元统计分析方法评价不同产地肉豆蔻药材质量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为依利特Hypersil ODS(C_(18)),柱温为30℃;流动相为乙腈-水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为0.6mL/min;检测波长为204nm。结果:9种成分线性关系良好;方法学考察符合要求,不同批次肉豆蔻9种成分的含量在0.0001%~0.7962%。结论:通过多成分含量测定,结合多元统计分析方法,可有效的评价不同产地肉豆蔻的质量,为控制肉豆蔻整体质量提供科学依据。Objective:To establish an high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method to determine the contents of nine components Odoratisol A,5-neneneba Allyll,2,3-trimethoxybenzene,methyleugenol,alpha-Asarone,(-)-Citronellol,Myristicin,Dehydrodisoeugenol,4-Isopropyltoluene and Licarinj from nutmeg,and to evaluate the quality of nutmeg medicinal materials from different regions by multiple statistical analysis methods.Methods:HPLC analysis was performed by an Elite C_(18) column at temperature 30℃with gradient elution(acetonitrile and aqueous solution)at a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min.Detection wavelength is 204 nm.Results:Nine components have good linear relationships.The methodological examination meets the requirements,and the content of 9 components in different batches of nutmeg ranges from 0.0001%to 0.7962%.Conclusion:The quality of nutmeg from different producing areas can be evaluated effectively by multi-component content determination combined with multivariate statistical analysis,which provides scientific basis for controlling the whole quality of nutmeg.
