道家文化语境下的中医音乐养生思想

摘　　要：道家文化中有着丰富的中医音乐养生思想和独特的音乐健康观念,呈现出“动”与“静”,“有声”与“无声”的区别。在“游戏”“自娱”养生观的影响下,文人隐士用音乐表现生活情趣,自娱自乐达到养生祛病的目的,体现出玩物尊生的养生思想。“大音希声”“平和淡和”体现出恬淡虚无的养生思想,是道家在音乐养生中重视主体作用的结果。“非礼”“求真”突破了传统礼教的美学要求而具有独特的养生意义,是情志相胜音乐疗法的基础。道家文化语境下的中医音乐养生思想对今天的音乐治疗实践有很大的启示意义。Taoist culture embodies rich and unique musical health-preservation concepts within traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),highlighting the distinctions between‘movement'and‘stillness',as well as‘sound'and‘silence'.Under the influence of the concept of‘playfulness'and‘self-entertainment'music,the literati recluse music to express the interest of life and achieve the purpose of health and llness through self-entertainment,reflecting a health-preservation ideology of playful spirit.‘The greatest sound seems silent'and‘peaceful and harmonious lightness'show a health preserving ideology of tranquility and emptiness and emphasizes the main role in music health preservation.The music health view of‘against the natural order'and‘seeking truth'has broken through traditional propriety and has unique health-preservation significance,which is the foundation of emotions complement each other music therapy.The music health-preservation ideology of TCM in the Taoist culture context has great enlightenment significance for today's music therapy practice.
