清热组方XC的主要功效成分与止咳活性研究

摘  要:本文研究了一种新型清热止咳组方XC的功效成分与止咳活性。采用UPLC-MS/MS对XC提取物的功效成分进行分析,并通过浓氨水引咳模型评价其疗效。正离子模式下检测出37种功效成分(黄酮类化合物22个、生物碱及其类似物5个、羧酸及其衍生物5个、苯丙素类化合物3个、苷类化合物2个),负离子模式下检测出35种功效成分(黄酮类化合物22个、羧酸及其衍生物7个、苷类化合物4个苯丙素类化合物1个、萜类化合物1个);在浓氨水引咳试验中,组方XC提取物低、中、高三个剂量组的咳嗽抑制率分别为36.25%、60.83%、84.67%,呈现出剂量依赖性,且咳嗽潜伏期显著延长。清热止咳处方XC止咳作用明确,且各药材安全可及,为进一步研究儿童制剂奠定了良好的基础。This experiment was designed to investigate the effective components and antitussive activity of a new heat-clearing antitussive prescription XC.The effective components of XC extracts were analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS,and the efficacy was evaluated by cough mice model with concentrated ammonia water.37 functional components(22 flavonoids,5 alkaloids and their analogues,5 carboxylic acids and their derivatives,3 phenylpropanes and 2 glycosides)were detected under positive ion mode.,35 functional components(22 flavonoids,7 carboxylic acids and their derivatives,4 glycosides,1 phenylpropanoid,and 1 terpenoid)were detected under anion mode.In the concentrated ammonia water cough induction test,the cough inhibition rates of the low,medium and high dose groups of XC extract were 36.25%,60.83%and 84.67%,respectively,showing a dose dependence,and the cough latency was significantly prolonged.The antitussive effect of prescription XC for clearing heat and relieving cough is clear,and all the medicinal materials are safe and accessible,which lays a good foundation for further study of preparation for children.
