摘　　要：目的 基于磁共振成像分析眼动脉形态与颅内动脉粥样硬化(ICAS)程度、脑小血管病(CSVD)程度的相关性。方法 选取在我院行颅脑MRI检查的100例患者的临床和影像资料,按照ICAS程度分为无ICAS组36例,轻度ICAS组37例,中重度ICAS组27例。在矫正年龄和性别等重要危险因素后分析ICAS程度和不同CSVD负荷患者的眼动脉形态的差异。结果 中重度ICAS组患者眼动脉平均直径小于无ICAS组患者;不同CSVD负荷患者的眼动脉直径之间差异无统计学意义,随着CSVD负荷评分的增加,眼动脉直径逐渐减小;ICAS程度与CSVD总负荷评分之间无相关性。结论 ICAS程度与眼动脉形态学改变存在一定相关性。Objective A retrospective analysis of the correlation between the morphology of the ophthalmic artery and the de-gree of intracranial atherosclerosis(ICAS)and small vessel disease(CSVD)in the brain was conducted.Methods The clinical and imaging data were selected from 100 patients who underwent cranial magnetic resonance imaging at our hospital.Based on the severity of intracranial ICAS,patients were stratified into three groups:non-ICAS(n=36),mild ICAS(n=37),and moderate-to-severe ICAS(n=27).After correcting for important risk factors such as age and gender,the differences in ophthalmic artery morphology among patients with varying degrees of intracranial atherosclerotic disease and different burdens of cerebral small ves-sel disease were analyzed.Results The average diameter of the ophthalmic artery in patients with moderate to severe ICAS is smaller than that in patients without ICAS;there is no statistical difference in the diameter of the ophthalmic artery among pa-tients with different CSVD burdens.As the CSVD burden score increases,the diameter of the ophthalmic artery gradually de-creases;there is no correlation between the degree of ICAS and the total CSVD burden score.Conclusion The degree of ICAS is correlated with changes in ophthalmic artery morphology.
