摘　　要：癫痫反复发作会给患者带来严重的身心损害,手术治疗能有效改善难治性局灶性癫痫患者的预后。准确的术前定位是手术成功的关键。动脉自旋标记(arterial spin labeling,ASL)技术可通过检测癫痫相关的血流灌注改变定位致痫灶。本文对ASL在检测癫痫病灶方面的应用原理、定位性能等进行梳理与总结,旨在帮助临床医师快速、详细地了解ASL在癫痫术前定位方面的研究现状,同时也分析了可能影响ASL定位结果的相关因素,以便能进一步掌握ASL的应用特点,从而指导临床实践。Repeated seizures can cause serious physical and psychological damage to patients.Surgical treatment is usually effective in improving the prognosis of patients with focal epilepsy.Accurate preoperative positioning is the key to successful sur-gery.The arterial spin labeling(ASL)technique can be localized by detecting epilepsy-related alterations in perfusion.In this pa-per,the application principle and localization performance of ASL in detecting epileptic foci are sorted out and summarized.It is designed to help clinicians gain a quick and detailed understanding of the current state of research on ASL in preoperative local-ization.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the relevant factors that may affect the localization of ASL,so as to be able to further grasp the characteristics of the application of ASL,which might,in turn,guide the clinical application.
