超声造影显示的血供在甲状腺乳头状癌预后预测中的研究进展

摘　　要：血管生成在实体肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润和转移中有着重要作用,但血供在甲状腺乳头状癌的预后价值并不明确,血供情况也未被纳入任何的甲状腺癌预后分期系统,这主要是由于缺乏评估血供的有效技术手段。超声造影是一种对比谐波成像技术,可高分辨率、连续实时评估肿瘤的血流灌注情况。目前关于超声造影显示的血供与甲状腺乳头状癌预后关系的研究相对较少,本文总结了近年来的研究成果,探讨了超声造影显示的肿瘤血供与甲状腺乳头状癌的不良预后因素(腺外浸润、颈部淋巴结转移、BRAF V600E突变)及预后(复发及死亡)的相关性。Although angiogenesis plays an important role in the occurrence,development,invasion,and metastasis of solid tumors,the prognostic value of vascularity is not well defined in papillary thyroid cancer,and vascularity data are not yet incor-porated into any staging and risk stratification system for thyroid cancers,mainly due to the lack of effective techniques to evalu-ate vascularity.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is a contrast harmonic imaging technique that allows high-resolution continuous real-time assessment of tumor vascularity.At present,there are relatively few studies on the relationship between the vascularity depicted by CEUS and the prognosis of PTC.Based on the recent studies,this paper reviews the correlations between the tumor vascularity depicted by CEUS and the adverse prognostic factors in terms of extrathyroidal extension,cervical lymph node metas-tasis,and BRAF V600E mutation as well as prognosis,such asrecurrence and mortality,of PTC.
