摘　　要：叙事医学是在实践中传递知识、培养情操、塑造价值的载体。BOPPPS[bridge in(导入)、objective(学习目标)、pre-assessment(前测)、participatory learning(参与式学习)、post-assessment(后测)和summary(总结)]教学模式以学生为中心,在教学过程中通过提高学生的参与度和自学能力,激发学生学习和探索的积极性。本文在BOPPPS教学模式下,探讨中西医结合内科学专题讲座课程结合叙事医学的必要性,并且以“干燥综合征的中西医结合治疗”章节为例,探索与思考中西医结合临床学科硕士研究生课程的新模式。Narrative medicine is a carrier for conveying knowledge,cultivating sentiment,and shaping values in practice.The BOPPPS(bridge-in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory learning,post-assessment,and summary)teaching model is student-centered,stimulating students'enthusiasm for learning and exploration by increasing their participation and self-learning ability during the teaching process.This article discusses the importance and necessity of integrating narrative medicine into the master's degree course of internal medicine with a combination of Chinese and Western medicine under the BOPPPS teaching model,and takes the chapter on"Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the Treatment of Sicca Syndrome"as an example to explore and reflect on the construction of a new model for the master's degree course in clinical discipline combining Chinese and Western medicine.
