摘  要:教育家是拥有特定的教育理念和著作、参与教育实践且对当时和后世教育产生深远影响的人,每个特定的历史时期都会有教育家群体及其群像特征。中国古代教育家学养厚重、忧国忧民,开宗立派、研教并举,言传身教、躬体力行;近代教育家教育救国、理论多元,矢志教育、匡扶民智,学习新知、教育实践;现代教育家爱国爱民、服务大众,崇高信仰、理论指引,自力更生、艰苦奋斗;当代教育家严谨治学、改革创新,教艺精深、终身学习,科教兴国、教育强国。中国教育家追求政治品德与职业道德的统一、教育智慧与教育实践的统一、教育情怀与教育格局的统一。未来要进一步夯实教育家培育的坚实保障,营造教育家培育的良好生态,筑牢教育家培育的人才支撑,增强教育家培育的主体自觉。Educators are people who have specific educational ideas and writings,engage in educational activities and have a greater impact on the education of the time and future generations.There are educators with different group characteristics in each specific historical period.Ancient educators had profound learning,concerned for the country and the people,established a new academic school,treated researching and teaching equally,taught by word and example,and practiced physically.Modern educators saved the country with education,devoted to education and helping the people,learned new knowledge and practiced in education.Contemporary educators are patriotic,servicing the public,having lofty beliefs and theoretical guidance,hard working with self-reliance.Present educators are characterized by rigorous governance,reform and innovation,profound teaching skills,and lifelong learning,developing the country with science and education.The value pursuit of Chinese educators lies in the unity of political character and professional ethics,the unity of educational wisdom and practice,and the unity of educational sentiment and horizon.The cultivation of educators in the new era should consolidate the solid protection,cultivate good ecology,build solid talent support and enhance self-consciousness.
