摘 要:自觉是个体内部所持有的一种“智的直觉”的觉知状态,教师专业自觉是教师在教育行动中呈现出来的“智的直觉”,使教师在教育情境中能直接把握每一相遇事件与行为的教育学本质,并创造性地采取富有教育学意蕴的有效行动,从而让教师在本源之思中不断抵达教育的觉解之境。教师专业自觉由思想层、认知层和行动层构成:思想层包括教师的专业思维与信念,认知层包括教师的专业认识与判断,行动层则包括教师的专业对话与敏感。提升教师专业自觉的策略包括:加强教师直觉思维的练习,促进教师实践智慧的养成;引导教师以“教育性格”审视“教育本身”,提高教师的理论自觉;通过“经验+反思+批判性思维+否思”的阶梯路径,激励教师专业自主发展。Self-consciousness is an intuitive state of awareness of“wisdom”held within an individual.Teachers'professional self-consciousness is the wisdom intuition presented by teachers in educational actions,which enables teachers to directly grasp the educational essence of each encounter and behavior in the educational context,and creatively take effective actions with educational implications,so that teachers can continuously reach the realm of educational awareness and understanding in the original thinking.Teachers'professional self-consciousness consists of an ideological layer,a cognitive layer and an action layer:the ideological layer includes teachers'professional thinking and beliefs,the cognitive layer includes teachers'professional knowledge and judgment,and the action layer includes teachers'professional dialogue and sensitivity.The paths to the state of professional self-consciousness of teachers are:teachers need to strengthen the practice of teachers'intuitive thinking and promote the development of their practical wisdom;teachers should view“education itself”with“educational character”and strengthen their professional cognition of education;teachers should be motivated to develop their professional autonomy with the ladder path of“experience+reflection+critical thinking+original thinking”.
