共通共连共享:社区商业中心与轨道交通站点的空间组织策略

摘　　要：轨道交通站点与商业中心的结合有利于推动站城一体化和集约化发展。社区型商业中心是满足日常消费和社交需求的重要服务设施,轨道交通站点则进一步激活其场所活力。文章首先分析当下社区商业中心的发展趋势和空间特征,梳理其与城市轨道交通站点的空间组合模式与协同关系;其次,围绕“上盖型”与“相接型”两种类型,从立体转换空间、城市步行系统和社区活动场所3个方面提出“共通、共连、共享”的空间组织策略;最后,通过具体案例分析,为相关类型的建筑空间设计提供参考。The combination of rail transit station and commerce center is beneficial to promoting station-city integration and intensive development.Community-based commerce center is an important service facility for satisfying daily consumption and social intercourse,and rail transit station further activates its vitality of place.This paper firstly analyzes the development trend and spatial feature of the present commerce center,combs its spatial combination pattern and collaborative relationship with urban rail transit station;secondly,around two categories including“cover type”and“connection type”,it puts forward the“commonness,linking and sharing”spatial organization in three aspects,i.e.,three-dimensional conversion space,urban pedestrian system and community activity place;it finally provides reference for architectural space design of relevant category through concrete case analysis.
