摘  要:传统的盾构同步注浆材料采用掺了水泥的可硬性浆液或以粉煤灰为主的惰性浆液。本文以传统盾构浆液配比为基础,进行了改进和优化,研究出一种新型注浆材料,使其更适用于长三角富水砂层地质。该材料已在南通地铁通沪大道站—居美路站区间实际应用,在区间隧道质量控制、地面沉降控制等方面效果显著,同时有效节约了成本。The traditional synchronous grouting material for shield tunneling adopts a hardenable slurry mixed with cement or an inert slurry mainly composed of fly ash.Based on the traditional slurry ratio of shield tunneling,a new type of grouting material has been improved and optimized,making it more suitable for geological conditions of water rich sand layers in the Yangtze River Delta.At present,the material has been practically applied in the section between Tonghu Avenue Station and Jumei Road Station of Nantong Metro,with significant effects in tunnel quality control,ground settlement control,and cost savings.
