摘 要:为探究公路隧道钻爆法开挖过程中粉尘浓度、爆破振动、温湿度等环境因素的变化规律,本文以某高速公路隧道工程为依托,采用高精度三轴加速度传感器、温湿度传感器等监测仪器对隧道施工现场环境变化规律进行了监测试验。试验结果表明,在隧道钻爆开挖过程中温湿度和粉尘(PM_(2.5)和PM_(10))浓度等指标均整体表现出随与掌子面距离增加逐渐降低的趋势,在隧道仰拱位置横断面方向的振动最为强烈,最高达到1g。现场监测试验结果可以为调整隧道爆破施工参数和方法,减少爆破振动和高粉尘浓度等对高精密度设备的损害,保护作业人员身心健康和机械设备财产安全提供参考。In order to explore the changing rules of environmental factors in the process of highway tunnel drilling and blasting,such as dust concentration,blasting vibration,temperature and humidity,a monitoring test was conducted on the environmental changing rules of the tunnel construction site using high-precision triaxial acceleration sensor,temperature and humidity sensor and other monitoring instruments based on a highway tunnel project.The test results show that in the process of tunnel drilling and blasting,the temperature and humidity,dust(PM_(2.5) and PM_(10))concentration and other indicators show an overall gradual decrease trend with the distance from the tunnel face.The vibration in the transverse direction of the tunnel arch position is the strongest,reaching a maximum of 1g.The field monitoring test results can provide reference for adjusting the construction parameters and methods of tunnel blasting,reducing the damage of blasting vibration and high dust concentration to high precision equipment,and protecting the physical and mental health of operators and the property safety of mechanical equipment.
