摘 要:镜像神经元系统在观察与模仿、心理理论和共情能力的发展以及语言的学习中发挥着重要作用,其功能异常可能与孤独症谱系障碍个体的核心症状密切相关。随着人们对镜像神经元系统的功能异常与孤独症谱系障碍关联的关注日益增加,相关干预方法如镜像疗法、舞蹈运动疗法、早期综合干预等,正受到康复工作者的重视。但目前的研究仍然较少,以个案经验为主。未来的研究应结合多学科方法,深入探讨镜像神经元系统功能异常对孤独症谱系障碍的影响,以期为孤独症谱系障碍的神经机制研究和干预手段的优化提供新的思路与科学依据。The mirror neuron system plays a crucial role in the development of observation and imitation,the formation of theory of mind,the development of empathy and language acquisition.Dysfunction in this system may be closely linked to the core symptoms of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD).With increasing attention on the association between mirror neuron system dysfunction and ASD,intervention methods such as mirror therapy,dance movement therapy,and early comprehensive interventions are gaining recognition among rehabilitation professionals.However,current research remains limited and largely based on case studies.Future research should adopt multidisciplinary approaches to explore the impact of mirror neuron system dysfunction on ASD in greater depth,in order to provide new insights and scientific evidence for the study of neural mechanisms and optimization of intervention strategies for autism spectrum disorders.
