摘　　要：“血脉”一词多见于《黄帝内经》,血脉和利是人体机能正常运行的前提保障,血脉不利会导致血管性痴呆(VaD)等神经精神系统疾病。本文探讨了“血脉和利,精神乃居”的内涵,并基于“血脉和利,精神乃居”探讨了VaD的发病机制(包括气虚致瘀、血虚致瘀、痰浊致瘀),指出应以血脉同调法治疗VaD。The word"blood vessel"is often found in Huangdi Neijing.Blood vessel harmony is the prerequisite for the normal operation of human body function,and adverse blood vessel will lead to neurological diseases such as vascular dementia(VaD).This paper discusses the connotation of"smooth blood flow leading to normal mind",and the pathogenesis of VaD based on"smooth blood flow leading to normal mind"(including Qi deficiency causing blood stasis,blood deficiency causing blood stasis and phlegm turbidity causing blood stasis),and points out that VaD should be treated with the method of regulating blood and vessel.
