摘　　要：谵妄是ICU患者中最常见、最严重的大脑急性认知障碍综合征。谵妄的一个核心领域是睡眠-觉醒周期紊乱。昼夜节律紊乱与ICU患者发生谵妄的关系复杂,可能是双向的。本文通过综述昼夜节律系统、昼夜节律紊乱与谵妄的关系、昼夜节律紊乱和谵妄相关的神经系统、昼夜节律紊乱导致ICU患者发生谵妄的生化基础分析昼夜节律紊乱与ICU患者发生谵妄的关系及其机制,以期为临床实践提供参考依据。Delirium is the most common and severe acute cognitive impairment syndrome in ICU patients.A core area of delirium is the disruption of the sleep-wake cycle.The relationship between circadian rhythms disruption and delirium in ICU patients is complex and may be bidirectional.This article analyzes the correlation between circadian rhythm disruption and delirium in ICU patients and its mechanisms,by reviewing the circadian rhythm system,the relationship between circadian rhythm disruption and delirium,the nervous system related to circadian rhythm disruption and delirium,as well as the biochemical basis of delirium in ICU patients caused by circadian rhythm disruption,in order to provide evidence-based references for clinical practice.
