摘  要:目的探讨超活化血小板裂解液(super-actived platelet lysate,sPL)对微种植钉周围炎症的影响,为临床上提高种植钉稳定性提供实验参考。方法SD大鼠18只,在其双侧第一磨牙、第二磨牙邻接处向近中约4 mm的颌骨上植入微种植钉。随机分为3组:对照组(A1)、脂多糖组(lipopoly,LPS)(A2)和sPL+LPS组(A3),分组干预。术后2周、4周和6周处死大鼠,获取上颌骨样本,对其进行Micro-CT扫描测量骨组织参数,以及组织学HE染色观察钉-骨界面。结果Micro-CT显示A2组的骨矿化密度(bone mineral density,BMD)在2周、4周时显著小于A1、A3组(P<0.05),6周时A2组BMD与A1组无统计学差异。A2组骨体积分数(bone volume per tissue volume,BV/TV)在2周时显著小于A1、A3组(P<0.05),而在4周、6周时与A1、A3组之间无统计学差异。组织学HE染色观察2周时A2组钉-骨界面大量炎症细胞浸润,4周、6周,A2组钉-骨界面以纤维性结合为主,A1、A3组可见钉-骨直接接触。结论超活化血小板裂解液在微种植钉植入区域有一定抗炎作用,在炎症形成早期局部注射sPL有利于微种植钉钉-骨结合。Objective To explore the effect of super-activated platelet lysate(sPL)on the reg-ulation of local inflammation around miniscrews and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods The miniscrews were implanted about 4 mm in the mesial at the junction of the first and second molars.The 18 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:Control group(A1),li-popoly(LPS)group(A2)and sPL and LPS group(A3).After two weeks,four weeks,six weeks,the mice were sacrificed to obtain samples.The samples were subjected to Micro-CT scanning to measure bone tissue parameters,and histological HE staining was performed to ob-serve the implant-bone interface.Results Micro-CT results showed that the BMD of group A2 was significantly lower than that of groups A1 and A3 at 2 and 4 weeks(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in BMD between group A2 and group A1 at 6 weeks.The bone volume per tissue volume(BV/TV)of group A2 was significantly lower than that of groups A1 and A3 at 2 weeks(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference between group A2 and groups A1 and A3 at 4 and 6 weeks.At 2 weeks of histologi-cal HE observation,a large number of inflammatory cells were found infiltrating the nail-bone interface in group A2.At 4 and 6 weeks,the nail-bone interface in group A2 was mainly fi-brous,while direct contact between the nail and bone was found in groups A1 and A3.Con-clusion Super activated platelet rich lysate(sPL)has a certain anti-inflammatory effect in the early stage of miniscrew implantation,and local injection of sPL in the early stage of inflamma-tion is beneficial for nail-bone integration.
