摘 要:目的分析颅内肿瘤调强放射治疗(IMRT)靶区勾画及计划制定中CT模拟机及模拟定位机的作用。方法选取2020年1月—2023年10月在本院行IMRT治疗的颅内肿瘤患者100例为研究对象,并将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组50例。其中,对照组以模拟定位机行IMRT治疗,观察组以CT模拟机行IMRT治疗;两组均开展靶区勾画及IMRT计划制定,对比效果。结果两组对比,大体肿瘤体积(GTV)、临床靶区体积(CTV)、Y轴方向上等级误差及平均误差均存在明显差异(P<0.05);两组计划制定时均会将GTV外放2 mm。结论在颅内肿瘤IMRT治疗中CT模拟机及模拟定位机均可发挥积极作用,相对而言CT模拟机靶区勾画准确性更高,可推广。Objective To analyze the effect and value of CT simulator and simulated locator in target area delineation and planning of intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)for intracranial tumors.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with intracranial tumors with IMRT treatment,and divided them into two groups randomly.50 cases in the control group were treated with IMRT treatment by simulated locator;and 50 cases in the observation group with IMRT with CT simulator.Target area delineation and IMRT planning was made between two groups,effect was compared.Results There was significant difference in gross tumor volume(GTV),clinical target volume(CTV),grade error and average error in the Y-axis direction between two groups(P<0.05).Both plans placed the GTV 2mm outward.Conclusion Both CT simulator and simulated locator play a positive role in IMRT treatment of intracranial tumors.Relatively speaking,CT simulator can achieve higher accuracy in target area delineation,which can be promoted.
