摘 要:目的分析立体化教学模式对麻醉专业临床实践教学质量的影响。方法选取2023年3月—2024年4月在本院实习的40名麻醉专业学生,采用随机抽样法,将本次的研究对象分为对照组和观察组,每组20名。其中,对照组实施常规的教学模式,观察组实施立体化教学模式,对比两组研究对象的实践操作成绩以及临床岗位胜任力情况。结果两组研究对象的实践操作成绩方面,观察组的实践操作能力更强(P<0.05)。两组研究对象的岗位胜任力方面,观察组的各项指标更优(P<0.05)。结论针对麻醉专业的临床实践教学当中实施立体化教学模式,能够进一步提高学生的实践操作能力,在岗位胜任力上也有一定的提升作用,能够在丰富学生实践经验的同时,强化教学有效性,对于麻醉学专业的教学发展和人才培养有较为深远的意义。Objective To analyze the impact of three-dimensional teaching mode on the quality of clinical practice teaching in anesthesia major.Methods The study was conducted from March 2023 to April 2024,and 40 anesthesia students who were interning at our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Random sampling was used to divide the research subjects into two groups,with 20 cases in each group.The control group implemented the conventional teaching mode,while the observation group implemented the three-dimensional teaching mode.The practical operation performance and clinical competence of the two groups of research subjects were compared.Results In terms of practical operation performance,the observation group had stronger practical operation ability(P<0.05).In terms of job competency,the observation group showed better performance in all indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a three-dimensional teaching model in clinical practice teaching of anesthesia can further improve students'practical operation ability and enhance their job competence.It can enrich students'practical experience and strengthen teaching effectiveness,which has profound significance for the development of anesthesia teaching and talent cultivation.
