摘　　要：灼口综合征属于中医学“舌痹”范畴,是指以舌部、口腔黏膜或齿龈烧灼样疼痛为主要临床表现的一组综合征。唐启盛教授总结多年临床经验,认为本病因火热而发,实证多见,根据灼痛部位可分为心火上炎和胃火炽盛2个证型。临床中当结合脏腑生理特性分别施以凉血安神和清胃降气之法,并根据火邪的表现形式予以泻火、散火、敛火、降火,临床应用疗效颇丰。Burning mouth syndrome(BMS),classified under the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)category of“tongue impediment”,is a syndrome characterized by burning pain in the tongue,oral mucosa,or gums.Based on years of clinical experience,Professor TANG Qisheng attributes the pathogenesis of BMS to excessive heat and fire,with syndromes predominantly presenting as excess patterns.According to the location of burning pain,BMS can be classified into two syndromes:flaming upward of heart fire and excessive stomach fire.In clinical practice,treatment should be tailored according to the physiological characteristics of Zang-fu organs,employing methods such as cooling the blood and calming the spirit for heart fire,and clearing the stomach and descending rebellious qi for stomach fire.Additionally,different fire pathologies should be addressed using strategies such as purging fire,dispersing fire,astringing fire,and descending fire.These approaches have demonstrated significant clinical efficacy.
