基于公交IC卡的地铁公交组合出行链识别与出行特征分析

摘  要:公交地铁组合出行是绿色低碳出行重要的组成部分,也是实现城市可持续发展的重要途径。为保证资源有效投入,了解公交地铁组合出行特征与空间分布规律至关重要。而IC数据与移动支付数据具有丰富的时间和空间信息,为研究组合出行特征提供了可能。基于此,提出一种以交易时间(公交上车刷卡与地铁进站/出站刷卡时间差)、步行时间(公交站点与地铁出入口步行导航时间)、公交班次间隔(到达接驳站点的前后班次间隔)为条件的换乘与行程链识别方法。以2020年杭州市连续一周的IC数据为例,给出了公交、地铁换乘组合出行识别阈值,并有效识别了公交-地铁、地铁-公交、公交-地铁-公交三种地铁组合出行行程链,结果显示:(1)杭州地铁客流的公交接驳比例为14.1%;(2)公交地铁组合出行平均耗时65.8min,公交接驳耗时占比53.0%;(3)三种组合出行的数量差距较大,单侧公交接入组合出行(B-S)占比40.3%,单侧公交接出组合出行(S-B)占比56.2%,两侧公交地铁组合出行(B-S-B)占比3.5%;(4)公交接驳平均距离(单侧欧式距离)为3.6km,75%的公交接驳距离不超过5.1km。研究结果对了解公交地铁组合出行特征,辅助公共交通建设与运营方案制定,以及促进城市的可持续发展有着重要意义。The integrated traveling of bus and subway is not only an important part of low-carbon transportation,but also an important way to achieve sustainable urban development.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the resource input,it is crucial to understand the characteristics of integrated traveling and its spatial distribution pattern.The IC card data possesses rich temporal and spatial information,offering the potential for analyzing travel characteristics.Based on this,a method is proposed to identify the trip chain conditioned considering transaction time(bus boarding and subway entry/exit card swiping),walking time(walking time between bus stops and subway entrances/exits),and the bus frequency interval(the interval between arrivals at the connecting stops before and after the frequency interval).Using Hangzhou as an example,three types of trip chains,namely bus-subway,subway-bus,and bus-subway-bus,are effectively identified.Results show that:(I)the bus-subway transfer ratio for Hangzhou Metro passenger flow is 14.1%;(2)the average travel time for the integrated traveling of bus and subway is 65.8 minutes,with bus transfers accounting for 53.0%;(3)there is a significant diference in the three types of trip chains,with single-side bus access combined trips(B-S)accounting for 40.3%,singleside bus egress combined trips(S-B)accounting for 56.2%,and both-side bus-subway combined trips(B-S-B)accounting for 3.5%;(4)the average distance of bus transfers(single-side Euclidean distance)is 3.6 km,and 75%of bus transfer distances do not exceed 5.1 km.These findings hold significant importance for understanding the characteristics for the integrated traveling of bus and subway,aiding in the formulation of public transportation construction and operation plans,and promoting the sustainable development of cities.
