大中城市路衍经济发展战略研究与实践--以武汉市为例

摘　　要：经济与交通的发展相辅相成,尤其在大中城市中更加密切。目前,我国大中城市的路衍经济呈现出加大基础设施建设投资、创新驱动、政策支持和市场化运作等新特征。然而,同时也存在着一些问题,如公路自身建设不足、路衍经济产业规模尚未形成、缺乏产业、交通和经济社会发展的互动、战略研究不足、科技支持不充分以及数字化发展滞后等。本文以中国大中城市路衍经济为研究对象,分析了其发展现状、主要问题及环境特征,并提出了相应的发展策略。基于综合进化指数模型和路径雷达图,论文展示了大中城市路衍经济的战略发展路径演变,并以武汉市为例,探讨了该经济模式的实施路径和发展战略。研究结果对于推动大中城市经济发展、促进城市可持续发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。The development of the economy and transportation complement each other,especially in large and medium-sized cities.Currently,the road derivative economy in China's large and medium-sized cities shows new features such as increased investment in infrastructure construction,innovation-driven policy support,and market-oriented operation.However,there are also some problems,such as inadequate construction of roads themselves,the formation of road derivative economy industry scale has not yet been formed,lack of interaction among industries,transportation,and economic and social development,insuficient strategic research,inadequate technological support,and lagging digital development.This study focuses on the roadrelated economy in China's large and medium-sized cities,analyzing its current development status,main issues,and environmental characteristics,and proposes corresponding development strategies.Based on the comprehensive evolution index model and path radar chart,the paper demonstrates the strategic development path evolution of the road-related economy in large and medium-sized cities,using Wuhan City as an example to explore this economic model's implementation path and development strategy.The research results have important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the economic development of large and mediumsized cities and facilitating urban sustainability.
