基于信息化建设的OBE理念在《康复医学》课程教学中的实践探讨

摘　　要：随着我国教育信息化和数字化的快速发展,多学科的专业课程逐渐开始在教学过程中应用信息化网络资源,故对临床医学的教学方法和管理模式提出更高的要求。《康复医学》是医学生在临床的学习过程中的重要课程。根据《康复医学》课程的信息化建设和教学运用,文章阐述了基于信息化建设(即“一地图、二平台、三动态、X交互”的4M智慧体系结合线上线下模式)的成果导向教育(outcomes-based education,OBE)理念在《康复医学》课程教学中的实践路径,学生基于信息化建设,可以清晰学习成果目标,逐步提高其展示思考、钻研、质疑、决策等方面的能力。同时,文章针对学生的学习痛点问题,提出“夯基础、重实践、强运用、塑思维”的教学原则,借助并建立相对应的手段进行改革,最终实现智慧化教学和实用性教学。With the rapid development of education information and digitization in China,multi-disciplinary professional courses have gradually begun to apply information network resources in the teaching process,so the higher requirements are put forward for the teaching method and management model of clinical medicine.Rehabilitation Medicine is an important course for medical students in the clinical learning process.Based on the informatization construction and teaching application of Rehabilitation Medicine,this article expounds practical approach of the outcomes-based education(OBE)based on informatization construction(that is,the 4M intelligent system of“one map,two platforms,three dynamics,and X interaction”combines online and offline model).Based on the informatization construction,students can clearly learn the goal of learning results,and gradually improve their ability to show thinking,research,questioning and decision-making.At the same time,in view of the students’learning pain points,this article puts forward the teaching principles of“consolidating the foundation,emphasizing practice,strengthening application and shaping thinking”,and establishes corresponding means to carry out reform,and finally realizes intelligent teaching and practical teaching.
