“新医科”背景下建设临床“大数据”的实践路径探索

摘　　要：在“新医科”背景下,临床“大数据”是以人工智能为代表的新一轮科技革命在医药卫生领域的重要应用。文章从“新医科”的发展历史开始,介绍“新医科”建设的新理念、新定位、新内涵,重点阐述人工智能与机器学习、虚拟现实技术、5G与智能传感器技术等新一代科学技术在医学教育中的应用与前景,为临床“大数据”应用于“新医科”建设提供理论与技术基础,最后分享中山大学附属第七医院肾脏病中心应用临床“大数据”进行教学改革、建设“新医科”的实践路径。改革项目包括构建创新型“大数据”临床数据库、建设虚拟实验室及操作实训平台、设计健康-疾病全周期观察窗等,以期为“新医科”背景下建设建设临床“大数据”的实践路径提供数据支撑和理论支持。Under the background of“new medicine”,clinical“big data”is an important application of the new technological revolution,notably led by artificial intelligence,in the medical and healthcare sectors.Starting from the development history of“new medicine”,this paper introduces the new concept,new positions and new contents of“new medicine”,focuses on the application and prospect of new generation science and technology such as artificial intelligence and machine learning,virtual reality technology,5G and smart sensor technology in medical education,and provides theoretical and technical basis for the application of clinical“big data”in the construction of“new medicine”.Finally,this article share the practice path of applying clinical“big data”to the Nephrology Center of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University for teaching reform and construction of“new medicine”.The reform initiatives include establishing innovative clinical“big data”databases,developing virtual laboratories and operational training platforms,and designing comprehensive health-disease observation windows,etc.,in order to provide data support and theoretical support for the construction of clinical“big data”practice paths under the background of“new medicine”.
