摘 要:在当前“新医科”建设的宏观背景下,实现医科类高校一流本科课程群建设是高校实现学科建设、专业建设内涵式发展的刚性需求,更是推动高等教育质量提升的关键所在。文章深入探讨了医科类高校在推进一流本科课程群建设过程中所面临的诸多挑战,如临床教师教学研究的内生动力不足、院校层面的课程建设改革举措不全面、课程评价监管体系力度和广度不够等。通过分析上述制约一流本科课程群高质量发展的主要因素,并结合重庆医科大学附属第二医院的改革实践,总结出了一系列切实可行的改革方案,包括激励与约束并行的策略、优化课程晋升路径、创新教管部门与教研室协同推进课程建设的新模式,以及运用数字技术赋能课程质控保障体系等具体举措,为医科类高校一流本科课程群建设提供新的视角和思路参考。Under the current macro background of“new medicine”construction,the construction of first-class undergraduate course group in medical colleges and universities is a rigid requirement for the connotative development of discipline construction and specialty construction,and is also the key to promote the quality improvement of higher education.This paper deeply discusses the numerous challenges faced by medical colleges and universities in advancing the construction of first-class undergraduate course groups,such as lack of endogenous motivation of clinical teachers’teaching and research,incomplete reform measures of curriculum construction at the university level,insufficient strength and breadth of curriculum evaluation and supervision system.By analyzing the main factors that constrain the high-quality development of first-class undergraduate course groups and combined with the reform practices of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,a series of practical and feasible reform plans have been summarized,including strategies that combine incentives and constraints,optimize course promotion paths,innovate new models for collaborative promotion of course construction between educational management departments and teaching and research offices,and the use of digital technology to empower the quality control guarantee system of courses.These specific measures provide new perspectives and ideas for the construction of first-class undergraduate course groups in medical colleges and universities.
