多元化数字教学模式在临床血液学检验实验教学中的应用

摘　　要：目前我国正处于新医科发展的关键时期,在医学重点建设专业中,医学检验技术专业的发展占据着重要的地位。作为一门注重实践性和操作性的专业,其重点培养的是学生的实验操作能力和探索创新能力。随着信息技术的推广与普及,数字化教学资源建设已成为教学发展的新方向。文章以专业核心课程之一的《临床血液学检验技术》为例,分析传统教学方法存在教学内容较为枯燥单一的不足,加之内容抽象,致使学生的学习效果较差。基于此,天津中医药大学医学技术学院联合天津市基础医学虚拟仿真实验教学中心共同对实验教学模式进行“多元化数字教学”的初步探索,拓展实验形式,丰富实验内容,既包含了思想教育,又融入了新技术和新理念,将知识、技能与情感价值相融合,为医学检验技术实践教育及信息化建设提供新思路。At present,China is in the critical period of the development of new medical science,and the development of medical laboratory technology occupies an important place in the key construction of medical specialties.As a major focusing on practicality and operability,it focuses on cultivating students’experimental operation ability and exploration and innovation ability.With the popularization of information technology,the construction of digital teaching resources has become a new direction of teaching development.Taking Clinical Hematology Test Technology,one of the core courses,as an example to analyze the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods,which are monotonous in teaching content and abstract in content,resulting in poor learning results for students.Based on this,the School of Medical Technology of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine and the Basic Medical Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching Center of Tianjin jointly conducted a preliminary exploration of“diversified digital teaching”in the experimental teaching model,expanded the experimental form and enriched the experimental content,which not only included ideological education,but also integrated the new technology,new concept,knowledge,skills and emotional value integration.It provides new ideas for medical laboratory technology practice education and information construction.
