摘 要:目的 探究案例教学法(case based learning,CBL结合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)的双轨教学法在中医儿科住培医师临床教学中的效果。方法 选取2022年9月—2023年8月在福州市中医院儿科轮转的42名住培医师,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各21名。对照组接受常规的授课教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL),试验组接受CBL-PBL双轨教学模式。比较2组的理论成绩、技能操作成绩、病例分析成绩和满意评分。结果 观察组的理论成绩、技能操作成绩和病例分析成绩分别为(33.19±2.27)分,(31.48±2.27)分,(24.57±2.04)分,均高于较对照组[(27.10±3.65)分,(27.24±4.45)分,(20.57±2.62)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组的满意评分为(92.24±3.90)分,高于对照组[(74.14±4.92)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 在中医儿科住培医师临床教学中采用CBL-PBL双轨教学模式具有较好的教学效果,可以有效提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)dual-track teaching model in the clinical teaching of pediatric residents in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods A total of 42 resident physicians who rotated in the department of pediatric of Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 21 in each groups.The control group received lecture-based learning(LBL),while the experimental group received CPL-PBL dual-track teaching model.The theoretical scores,practical scores,case analysis scores and teaching satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical scores,practical scores and case analysis scores of the observation group were(33.19±2.27)points,(31.48±2.27)points and(24.57±2.04)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group[(27.10±3.65)points,(27.24±4.45)points,(20.57±2.62)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction scores of the observation group was(92.24±3.90)points,higher than that of the control group[(74.14±4.92)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of CPL-PBL dual teaching model in the clinical teaching of pediatric residents of traditional Chinese medicine has better teaching effect and can effectively improve teaching satisfaction.
