摘  要:目的 探讨“互联网+”下课程思政在泌尿外科学教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年7—9月在湖北科技学院附属浠水医院泌尿外科轮转学习的40名本科医学实习生为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各20名。对照组采用传统教学法进行教学,试验组采用“互联网+”背景下课程思政的教学模式进行教学。对比分析2组的教学效果。结果 试验组的教学总满意评分为(91.85±3.80)分,高于对照组的(77.35±4.61)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。其中试验组的学习兴趣、政治觉悟、医德医风、人文素质、沟通能力5个方面的满意评分均高于对照组。试验组的人文关怀品质的各项得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 “互联网+”背景下泌尿外科学课程思政教育是一种新的教学理念,有助于培养实习生的人文关怀品质,并获得较高的满意评分,教学效果良好。Objective To discuss the application effect of ideological and political urology course under“Internet+”mode.Methods A total of 40 undergraduate medical interns who studied in rotation in the Department of Urology,Xishui Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Science and Technology from July to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,divided into trial group and control group,with 20 undergraduate medical interns in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method for teaching,and the experimental group adopted the teaching mode of curriculum ideological and political education under the background of“Internet+”for teaching.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The total satisfaction score of teaching of the experimental group was(91.85±3.80)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(77.35±4.61)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the scores of the five aspects including learning interest,political awareness,medical ethics and style,humanistic quality,and communication ability of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group.The scores of humanistic care quality in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the background of“Internet+”the ideological and political education of urology course is a new teaching concept,which helps to cultivate the humanistic care quality of interns and obtain higher satisfaction scores.The teaching effect is good.
