摘 要:目的探讨如何将“以学为中心的课程设计理念”(learning-centered course design,LCCD)融入药学专硕《临床药动学》课程的理论教学并对其应用效果进行全面评价。方法选取2023年9月—2024年10月牡丹江医学院药学院2023级与2024级药学专业的60名硕士研究生为研究对象,按照不同年级进行分组,各30名,2024级研究生为对照组,2023级研究生为试验组,对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用以LCCD理念构建的课堂教学设计方法,以综合成绩及教学满意度进行教学效果评价。结果通过将LCCD理念应用于《临床药动学》的理论教学,在考核成绩方面,试验组学生的形成性评价成绩、终结性评价成绩以及综合成绩分别为(84.30±6.67)分、(84.16±6.65)分、(84.23±4.96)分,均高于对照组的(78.63±4.66)分、(79.13±5.25)分、(78.88±3.13)分,在授课满意度方面,试验组的总评分数为(82.06±3.17)分,高于对照组的总评分数(68.09±2.08)分,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论相对于传统教学模式,将LCCD理念融入课程设计可以提高学生的综合成绩与教学满意度。Objective To explore how to integrate the“Learning-Centered Course Design”(LCCD)teaching concept into the theoretical teaching of Clinical Pharmacokinetics for master of Pharmacy and to evaluate its application effect comprehensively.Methods A total of 60 postgraduates majoring in pharmacy of grade 2023 and grade 2024 in the School of Pharmacy of Mudanjiang Medical University from September 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to different grades,with 30 graduate students in each group.The 2024 graduate students were the control group,and the 2023 graduate students were the experimental group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the classroom teaching design method based on the LCCD concept.The teaching effect was evaluated by comprehensive scores and teaching satisfaction.Results By applying the LCCD concept to the theoretical teaching of Clinical Pharmacokinetics,the results of formative evaluation,final evaluation and comprehensive scores of the experimental group were(84.30±6.67)points,(84.16±6.65)points and(84.23±4.96)points respectively.Which were higher than the control group(78.63±4.66)points,(79.13±5.25)points,(78.88±3.13)points.In terms of satisfaction,the total score of the experimental group was(82.06±3.17)points.Which was higher than that of control group(68.09±2.08),and the differences above were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods,LCCD teaching concept can comprehensively improve students’overall performance and teaching satisfaction.
