摘  要:目的探索课程思政融入中医骨伤科学教学的路径。方法选取2022年4月—2023年3月河南中医药大学第一附属医院骨科医学生48名作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法均分为对照组和研究组,各24名,对照组采用常规教学,观察组采用融入课程思政元素教学,对2组的入科和出科成绩及综合素质进行比较。结果教学后,研究组的理论成绩和技能操作成绩分别为(77.36±6.12)分和(78.03±6.23)分,均高于对照组[(67.86±5.81)分和(66.32±5.39)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的各项综合素质评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医骨伤科学的教学中融入课程思政元素,能有效提高学生的考核成绩及综合素质,对培养德才兼备的中医人才有积极意义。Objective To explore pathways for integrating ideological and political education into TCM orthopedics teaching.Methods A total of 48 orthopedic medical students from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine were selected as study participants between April 2022 and March 2023,and were equally divided into a control group and a study group(24 cases each)using a random number table method,where conventional teaching was adopted in the control group while curriculum-based ideological and political elements-integrated teaching was implemented in the research group,with comparisons made between the two groups in terms of their pre-rotation assessment scores,post-rotation assessment scores and comprehensive competencies.Results After the teaching,the theoretical scores and practical operation scores of the research group were(77.36±6.12)points and(78.03±6.23)points respectively,both of which were higher than those of the control group[(67.86±5.81)points and(66.32±5.39)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive quality scores of various aspects of the research group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ideological and political elements into the teaching of bone and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the students’assessment results and comprehensive quality,and has positive significance for cultivating the talents of traditional Chinese medicine with both virtue and ability.
