鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎CT诊断在住培及进修生带教中的应用

摘　　要：医学带教是临床工作中十分重要的环节,而以往传统的教学方法已远远不能满足和适应当代的节奏。近年来,随着检查技术的更新,很多新的疾病被逐渐熟知。进修生及住培生对于这些疾病认识不足,结合新网络时代的技术和方法,本研究旨在探讨新型的教学方法,以提高教学质量和效率。文章通过以鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎为主题展开学习,采用文献复习法、微信网络病例学习法、实战病例法、多学科讨论法及总结归纳法等多种方法对住培及进修生带教以达到教学目的。通过查阅文献笔者发现该病的临床及实验室检查尚完备,但影像总结仍存在不足。因此需要继续网络病例学习及病历实战进一步深度学习,对该病的影像学进一步得到更深刻的认识。笔者分组对该病进行多学科讨论、总结及汇报,并采用文献复习法、微信网络病例学习法、现实病例实战法、多学科讨论法、总结归纳法相结合,使进修生及住培生对于一个疾病有更广且更深的认识。最后通过总结和汇报有助于学生梳理思路,巩固知识,且更有利于传播知识。Medical teaching is a very important part of clinical work,and the traditional teaching methods are far from meeting and adapting to the contemporary rhythm.In recent years,with the update of examination technology,many new diseases have been gradually known.In view of the lack of understanding of these diseases among trainees and residents,combined with the technology and methods of the new network era,this study aims to explore new teaching methods to improve the quality and efficiency of teaching.This paper studies the theme of Chlamydia parrot pneumonia,and uses literature review method,WeChat network case learning method,actual case method,multidisciplinary discussion method and summary induction method to teach residents and trainees to achieve the teaching purpose.Through literature review,the author found that the clinical and laboratory examinations of the disease were still complete,but the image summary was still insufficient.Therefore,it is necessary to continue the network case learning and medical record practice to further deep learning,and to further understand the imaging of the disease.The author conducted multidisciplinary discussion,summary and report on the disease in groups,and adopted the combination of literature review method,WeChat network case learning method,real case actual combat method,multidisciplinary discussion method and summary induction method,so that trainees and resident trainees have a broader and deeper understanding of a disease.Finally,by summarizing and reporting,it is helpful for students to sort out their ideas,consolidate their knowledge,and more conducive to the dissemination of knowledge.
