摘  要:随着社会经济的快速发展,医院后勤服务的重要性不断凸显,强化医院后勤服务,不仅能够提升医疗事业发展水平,同时还能有效控制医院运营成本,更好地强化医院公共医疗服务质量,杜绝医疗事故的发生。文章以医院后勤服务工作的主要内容与特点入手,分析了当前医院后勤服务面临的主要挑战,同时基于加强行业标准建设、关注服务团队培养、积极引进信息化管理模式、严格落实标准化管理要求以及做好服务进程监管等角度针对推动医院后勤服务标准化管理的策略进行了阐述,有效消除以往医院后勤服务管理工作中所面临的各项风险,提升医院后勤服务管理的整体水平,以期为有关从业者提供参考。With the rapid development of the economy and society, the importance of hospital logistics services is constantly highlighted. Strengthening hospital logistics services can not only improve the level of medical development, but also effectively control hospital operating costs, better enhance the quality of hospital public medical services, and prevent the occurrence of medical accidents. This article starts with the main content and characteristics of hospital logistics services, analyzes the main challenges faced by current hospital logistics services, and elaborates on strategies to promote standardized management of hospital logistics services from the perspectives of strengthening industry standard construction, focusing on service team training, actively introducing information management models, strictly implementing standardized management requirements, and doing a good job in service process supervision, effectively eliminating various risks faced by hospital logistics service management in the past, improving the overall level of hospital logistics service management, in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
