摘 要:平台经济进军社区团购赛道催生了团长这一新职业群体,并分化出专职和兼职团长两种类型。以社区团购中具有劳动和经营双重职业属性的“兼职团长”为研究对象,透过劳动过程和情感劳动理论,在数字劳动框架下审视平台经济中剥离经营者身份后的这一特殊劳动群体,发觉经由主导者—平台、双“代理监督”者—司机和用户以及算法,暗搭兼职团长先期“熟客关系”便车的平台资本,建构了对兼职团长仓储劳动的“三重”控制机制,并形成了“内双”“外泛”的多层级全链条控制过程。而置于多重劳动控制下的团长情感付出,因薄利化和拓展通道的近乎锁闭而萌发情感倦怠,积极挣钱、消极营业乃至放弃接口也就成为兼职团长的“微”情感抗争策略,遂进一步加深了其劳动过程的不确定性。The platform economy's entry into the community group-buying circuit has given rise to a new occupational group of group coordinators,and has divided into two types:full-time and part-time group coordinators.Taking the“part-time group coordinators”with dual occupational attributes of labor and management in community group purchasing as the research object,through the labor process and emotional labor theory,and under the framework of digital labor,this special group of laborers is examined after divesting the identity of operators in the platform economy,and it is found that through the dominant party-platforms,the dual“agent supervisors”-drivers and users,and algorithms,this group of laborers is implicitly controlled and monitored by the platforms and users.It is found that through the dominant party-platform,the“agent supervisors”-drivers and users,and the algorithm,the platform capital,which is secretly riding on the part-time coordinator's prior“acquaintance relationship”,has constructed a“triple”control mechanism over the warehousing labor of part-time coordinators,and formed a“triple”control mechanism over the part-time coordinator's warehousing labor.“Control mechanism”,and the formation of the“internal double”“external pan”multi-level whole chain control process.And the coordinators'emotional pay placed in multiple labor control,due to the meager profits and the almost blocked expansion channels.Making money actively,operating negatively or even giving up the interface have thus become the“micro”emotional resistance strategies of part-time group leaders,which further deepens the uncertainty of its labor process.
