摘　　要：目的探讨道德判断对大学生泄密意愿的影响,重点研究道德义愤和惩罚动机的中介作用。方法本研究分为两部分,采用实验法和问卷法收集数据。在四川某高校招募178名本科生(研究1:56名,研究2:122名),随机分配至不同实验情境。研究1考察道德判断对泄密意愿的直接影响,设置“道德错误”与“道德中立”情境,运用t检验分析不同情境对泄密意愿的影响。研究2通过操纵道德义愤和惩罚动机,验证其在道德判断和泄密意愿间的中介作用,采用回归分析和Bootstrap法检验中介效应显著性。结果研究1显示,道德判断正向预测泄密意愿,道德错误情境组泄密意愿显著高于道德中立组(P=0.008)。研究2表明,道德判断通过道德义愤和惩罚动机的并行中介显著预测泄密意愿,间接效应分别为0.172和0.084,总间接效应显著(P<0.05)。结论道德判断显著影响大学生的泄密意愿,且道德义愤和惩罚动机在其中发挥并行中介作用。Objective To explore the influence of moral judgment on college students'willingness to reveal,focusing on the mediating role of moral outrage and punishment motivation.Methods This study was divided into two parts,using experimental and questionnaire methods to collect data.One hundred and seventy-eight undergraduates(Study 1:56,Study 2:122)were recruited from a university in Sichuan and randomly assigned to different experimental situations.Study 1 examined the direct effect of moral judgment on willingness to reveal by setting up the"morally wrong"and"morally neutral"scenarios,and analyzed the effect of different scenarios on willingness to reveal using t-tests.In Study 2,the mediating role between moral judgment and willingness to reveal was verified by manipulating moral outrage and motivation to punish,and the significance of the mediating effect was tested by regression analysis and Bootstrap method.Results Study 1 showed that moral judgment positively predicted willingness to reveal,and willingness to reveal was significantly higher in the morally wrong situation group than in the morally neutral group(P=0.008).Study 2 showed that moral judgment significantly predicted willingness to reveal through the parallel mediation of moral outrage and punishment motivation,with indirect effects of 0.172 and 0.084,respectively,and a significant total indirect effect(P<0.05).Conclusion Moral judgment significantly affects college students'willingness to reveal,and moral outrage and punishment motivation play parallel mediating roles in it.
