摘 要:目的探讨伴不良童年经历青少年负性情绪体验的心理感受,以期为不良童年经历青少年心理干预提供理论依据。方法采用目的抽样法,以2024年2月~2024年6月在江苏省淮安市第三人民医院门诊就诊的12例有不良童年经历的青少年患者作为研究对象,进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi的7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析与归纳。结果共提炼出4个主题:消极的应对方式(非自杀性自伤行为、冲动性攻击行为、非暴力不合作行为)、核心自我评价降低(自我怀疑、低自我效能、低自尊)、述情障碍和反刍思维以及不安全的依恋。结论临床医护人员应密切关注伴不良童年经历青少年负性情绪,包括非情绪化行为、负性认知,医院、家庭和学校应建立以患者为中心的情绪管理体系,引导其采取积极的方式解决问题,提升自尊心和自我价值感。Objective To explore the negative emotional experience of adolescents with adverse childhood experiences,in order to provide theoretical basis for psychological intervention of adolescents with adverse childhood experiences.Methods Using purposive sampling method,12 adolescent patients with adverse childhood experiences who visited the outpatient department of the Third People's Hospital of Huai'an City,Jiangsu Province from February 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects for semi-structured in-depth interviews.Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method was used to analyze and summarize the interview data.Results Four themes were identified:negative coping styles(non-suicidal self-injury,impulsive aggression,nonviolent non-cooperative behavior);lower core self-evaluation(self-doubt,low self-efficacy,low self-esteem);alexithymia and rumination,insecure attachment.Conclusion Clinical staf should pay close attention to adolescents with adverse childhood experiences of negative emotions,even non-emotional behavior,negative cognition,hospitals,families and schools should establish a patient-centered emotional management system,guide them to adopt a positive way to solve problems,improve self-esteem and self-worth.
