来华留学生手机依赖与负面评价恐惧的关系研究:交往焦虑的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨来华留学生负面评价恐惧与手机依赖之间的关系,并分析交往焦虑在二者之间的中介作用。方法采用随机抽样的方法,于2024年1月在东北地区对204名来华留学生,采用简明负面评价恐惧量表、交往焦虑量表、智能手机依赖量表简版进行调查。结果来华留学生普遍面临负面评价恐惧、交往焦虑和手机依赖的问题(P<0.05);负面评价恐惧、交往焦虑与手机依赖之间存在显著的正相关关系(P<0.01);交往焦虑在负面评价恐惧和手机依赖之间发挥了中介作用。结论负面评价恐惧不仅能直接预测来华留学生的手机依赖情况,还能通过交往焦虑间接预测手机依赖情况。Objective To explore the relationship between fear of negative evaluation and smartphone addiction among international students in China,and to analyze the mediating role of social anxiety in this relationship.Methods A random sampling method was employed to survey 204 international students in Northeast China in January 2024 using the brief fear of negative evaluation scale,the social anxiety scale,and the short version of the smartphone addiction scale.Results International students in China generally face problems of fear of negative evaluation,social anxiety,and smartphone addiction(P<o.05);there is a significant positive correlation between fear of negative evaluation,social anxiety,and smartphone addiction(P<0.01);social anxiety plays a mediating role between fear of negative evaluation and smartphone addiction.Conclusion Fear of negative evaluation not only directly predicts smartphone addiction among international students in China but also indirectly predicts it through social anxiety.
