摘 要:目的探讨领悟社会支持对抑郁的影响,以及核心自我评价和网络成瘾的作用机制。方法采用整群随机抽样,于2023年2月采用领悟社会支持问卷、核心自我评价问卷、网络成瘾量表和抑郁量表对1033名学生进行调查。结果领悟社会支持既可以直接影响抑郁水平,也可以分别通过核心自我评价和网络成瘾的间接路径影响抑郁。核心自我评价和网络成瘾在领悟社会支持与抑郁之间起链式中介作用。结论良好的领悟社会支持可以提高学生的核心自我评价水平,减少网络成瘾,进而降低抑郁水平。Objective Exploring the effects of perceived social support on depression and the mechanisms of action of core self-evaluation and internet addiction.Methods Using whole cluster random sampling,1033 students were surveyed in February 2023 using the perception of social support questionnaire,core self-esteem questionnaire,internet addiction scale,and depression scale.Results Perceived social support can affect depression levels both directly and through indirect pathways via core self-evaluations and internet addiction,respectively.Core self-evaluations and internet addiction act as chain mediators between perceived social support and depression.Conclusion Good social support for comprehension can increase students'core self-evaluation levels and reduce internet addiction levels,which in turn reduces depression levels.
