经颅磁疗法联合穴位按摩治疗精神分裂症患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在精神分裂症患者的治疗方案制定中联用经颅磁疗法与穴位按摩干预对患者的临床效果。方法选86例2021年8月~2024年8月,在本院接受治疗的精神分裂症患者为样本,抽选对象利用随机数字表法作组别分类,划分为两组,一组43例,展开常规治疗,纳入对照组,另一组相同例数,联用经颅磁疗法与穴位按摩(百会穴、曲池穴、气海穴等),记作观察组;对比两组患者症状改善情况、自我效能感、心理韧性以及康复效果。结果治疗干预后,观察组患者的阳性症状、阴性症状及一般精神病理评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的自我效能感评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组的自我效能感评分均有所改善,且观察组的改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者在乐观、力量和坚韧等分值上高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者活动能力、社交能力、症状行为以及依赖行为等康复效果分值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基础治疗的同时联用经颅磁疗法与穴位按摩干预应用到对精神分裂症患者中,可以更好地缓解患者临床症状,促进自我效能感增加,有效调节心理韧性,推动康复效果评分上升,优势显著,具备较高应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transcranial magnetic therapy combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of schizophrenic patients.Methods Selected 86 patients with schizopherenia as samples who were admitted in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2024.The extracted subjects classify groups were applied random number table method,and divided into two groups,one group enrolled 43 patients,and performed routine treatment,incorporated in the control group;the other group involved the same number of cases,combined with transcranial magnetic therapy and acupressure(Baihui point,Quchi point,Qihai point,etc.),recorded as the observation group;symptom improvement,self-efficacy,mental toughness and rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment intervention,the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,and general psychopathological scores of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in self-efficacy appraisals between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);Both groups exhibited improvements in self-eficacy appraisals after treatment,with the observation group showing a statistically significantly higher score than the control group(P<0.05);additionally,after treatment,the scores for optimism,strength,and resilience in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the rehabilitation effect scores of the observation group patients in terms of activity ability,social ability,symptom behavior,and dependency behavior were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining transcranial magnetic therapyand acupoint massage intervention with basic treatment for patients with schizophrenia can better relief clinical symptoms of patients,promote self-efficacy,effectively adjust psychological resilience,improve quality of life scores,with remarkable advantages andhigh applica
