团体心理治疗联合丙戊酸钠治疗对双相情感障碍患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨并分析团体心理治疗结合丙戊酸钠治疗对双相情感障碍病患的临床效果。方法选择烟台市心理康复医院2022年10月~2024年5月期间收治的双相情感障碍患者60例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表原则,将这些患者分为两组:对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组单独接受丙戊酸钠进行治疗,观察组接受团体心理治疗联合丙戊酸钠进行治疗,对比两组患者的生活质量、焦虑抑郁情绪、心理健康及认知功能水平。结果治疗后,观察组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心理弹性量表(CDRISC)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总智商、言语智商、操作智商评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团体心理治疗联合丙戊酸钠治疗能够显著缓解双相情感障碍患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,帮助其恢复心理健康,提高认知功能水平和生活质量,该方法的治疗效果较为理想。Objective To study and analyze the effect of group psychotherapy combined with valproate therapy on patients with bipolar disorder.Methods 60 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to Yantai Psychological Rehabilitation Hospital from October 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of random number table,the patients are divided into two groups:control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases),the control group received valproate alone,observation group received group psychotherapy with valproate,compare the quality of life,anxiety,depression,mental health and cognitive function level.Results After treatment,World Health Organization quality of life scale brief version(WHOQOL-BREF)score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05);the score of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the total IQ,verbal IQ and operational IQ scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group psychological therapy combined with valproate treatment can significantly relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with bipolar disorder,help them restore mental health,improve the level of cognitive function and quality of life.The treatment effect of this method is ideal.
