基于色彩心理学的DIY绘画护理在长期住院精神科患者情绪管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究基于色彩心理学的自己动手制作(DIY)绘画护理在长期住院精神科患者情绪管理中的应用价值。方法采用配对随机分组法将自2022年3月~2024年3月本院精神科收治的68例长期住院患者分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组接受常规DIY绘画护理干预,观察组接受基于色彩心理学的DIY绘画护理干预,比较两组情绪状况、精神症状、社会功能以及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组正性情绪评分、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSFPI)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),负性情绪评分、中文版阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于色彩心理学的DIY绘画护理干预长期住院精神科患者效果显著,能有效改善患者的情绪状况和精神症状,提高患者的社会功能和生活质量。Objective To explore the application value of DIY painting nursing based on color psychology in emotion management of long-term hospitalized psychiatric patients.Methods A total of 68 long-term hospitalized patients admited to psychiatry department of the hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine DIY painting nursing intervention,while the observation group received DIY painting nursing intervention based on color psychology.Emotional status,mental symptoms,social function,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,positive emotion score and the scale of social function in psychosis inpatients(SSFPI)score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The negative emotion score,the Chinese version of the positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)score,and schizophrenia quality of life scale(SQLS)score were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion DIY painting nursing intervention based on color psychology is effective for long-term hospitalized psychiatric patients.It can effectively improve their emotional status and mental symptoms,and enhance their social function and the quality of life.
