摘 要:家庭教育是教育之路的起点,父母是子女人生之路的首位导师。父母教养方式作为家庭教育的重要一环,对子女的身心发展有着举足轻重的意义。本文通过梳理国内外学者的相关研究,基于“互惠效应”分别从子女和父母两个层面展开探索影响父母教养方式的因素,并基于家庭系统理论分别从父母自身、亲子互动、父母之间互动三个角度提出优化父母教养方式的建议,力求提供有效改善家庭教育的路径,促进家庭教育的科学性和专业性,引导青少年身心和谐稳定发展。Family education is the starting point of the road of education,and parents are the first mentor of the road of children's life.As an important part of family education,parents'parenting style has great significance to children's physical and mental development.By combing the relevant research of scholars at home and abroad,based on the"reciprocal effect"from the children and parents to explore the factors affecting parenting,and based on the family system theory from the perspective of parents,parent-child interaction,parents interaction between three optimization parenting way,strive to provide effectively improve the family education path,promote the scientific and professional family education,guide the harmonious and stable development of adolescent body and mind.
