摘　　要：本研究旨在深入探讨童年期不良经历与青少年非自杀性自伤(NSSI)之间的相关性,并剖析其潜在的作用机制,以期为青少年NSSI的预防及干预策略提供坚实的理论基础。通过综合运用文献综述法与实证分析法,本研究对现有文献进行了系统的梳理与分析,揭示了童年期遭受虐待、忽视以及不良家庭环境等因素与青少年NSSI行为之间的紧密联系,并强调了社会支持、心理健康教育等要素在预防和干预过程中的核心作用。此外,本研究亦指出了现有研究在方法论上的局限性、影响因素研究的不充分性以及干预策略有效性验证的不足,为后续研究提供了明确的方向。The purpose of this study is to explore the association between adverse experiences in childhood and non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI),and to deeply analyze the mechanism of action,so as to provide scientific theoretical support for the prevention and intervention measures of NssI in adolescents.Through the comprehensive application of literature review and empirical analysis,the existing research results,reveals the childhood abuse,neglect and bad family environment and adolescent NssI behavior,and points out that social support,mental health education elements in the core role in the process of prevention and intervention.In addition,the study also pointed out the methodological simplicity of existing studies,the incomprehensiveness of influencing factors,and the lack of verification of the effectiveness of intervention strategies,which provides a clear direction for subsequent research.
