摘　　要：脑卒中患者普遍存在营养不良的情况,早期识别并及时进行护理干预对其具有十分重要的意义。应及时评估患者营养状况,分析其存在的危险因素。本文对营养对老年脑卒中恢复期患者的重要性展开阐述,并对导致其营养不良的风险因素进行分析,总结护理干预措施,以期为临床护理人员尽及发现老年脑卒中恢复期患者营养不良,并及时采取有效的措施进行护理干预提供参考。Malnutrition is common in stroke patients,and early identification and timely nursing intervention are of great significance to them.The nutritional status of patients should be evaluated in time and the risk factors should be analyzed.This paper expounds the importance of nutrition for elderly stroke convalescent patients,analyzes the risk factors leading to malnutrition,and summarizes nursing intervention measures,in order to provide references for clinical nurses to find malnutrition in elderly stroke convalescent patients and take effective measures for nursing intervention in time.
